Client: PCC of St Faith’s, Dorstone

I first began working with the team at Grade II* listed St Faith’s in 2016, helping the PCC raise funds for a project to restore and augment the church’s ring of four historic bells. A second lottery funded project in 2024 enabled the church community to further their vision for the building’s future: located as it is within a hugely significant archaeological landscape, the PCC wish to use the church building as a centre for the interpretation of this local history.  Having secured this grant, I coordinated a programme of development work and pilot activity to prepare plans for a major project, to include the installation of modern facilities, new interpretation and an activity programme focusing on the local archaeological landscape. This was awarded funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund in November 2025, and the project is now in full swing.
